Live Chat where are you???

Had a lengthy live chat late yesterday to complain about my new phone not turning up. I was told I would have to resume the chat this morning to get an update etc. Surprise surprise.....no live chat all morning. So what do I do now. Thanks again O2.....

02 Priority - Cafe Nero £5 Voucher
