No network coverage for over a month now

I have had no, or very limited, network coverage at my house for over a month now. The network status shows there is a fault with a mast. How long will this take to fix? It is causing a lot of inconvenience not being able to call anyone or receive text messages, especially living on my own. Am I entitled to a reduction in my monthly allowance for not being able to use the network fully?

Not the sort of information O2 will put outToo many variables. Gaining site access, getting spares, dealing with NIMBY brigade etc.al.

Can you not use WiFi Calling when at home?

Read about it here

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
