Hi,

Recently got a new contract from a friend who works at Carphone Warehouse - i've tried claiming the 30% discount however under 'organisation' on https://o2open.co.uk/O2Open/servlets/SignUp - it won't recognise Carphone Warehouse - other variations including 'The Carphone Warehouse' doesn't work either.

Can anyone help?

As to which discount you can get, I'm not certain, but you need the EIN for F&F discount.

I heard the discount was only available from 02 direct contracts and not 3rd party contracts such as CPW

That has always been the case - O2 direct only, regardless of phone.
