for two days now i have tried to remove a number from my Family Bolt on, on all occasions upon confirming the request, i either get an ERROR page from o2 with a "Try Again Later" message, or my Bolt on page comes back on with the wrong Name and Number highlighted. This happened last week, but i managed to get an Advisor on chat and he did it for me, however since logging on every 20 or so minutes for the past three hours, no advisors are still available, anyone got any ideas please. Why oh Why did o2 have to change the format, if it isn't broken, don't fix it.

and we,re now at the end of 2016, and it STILL doesnt work, still cant change details online
