Hi there.
If you are being directed to the web site to view an MMS then your account is not set up for picture messaging.
Just call customer services and ask them to "provision MMS".
Why not use a third party messaging service though, your pictures will retain their quality and there are no extra charges (they come out of your internet allowance).

Try Whatsapp but family and friend also need to be registered by downloading the app. Free mms and texts over wifi.
