I have noted two charges for £4.160 each on 2nd and 19th November 2018 on my current O2 bill that I don't recognise. I haven't used the O2 sim for the month of November at all. Grateful if you could explain this.

Can't get onto live chat to tell them "Download and Print PDF bill" gives "Corrupt or invalid pdf File" ERROR!
