What's your problem as we may be able to help.

Look at the tracking facility O2 and their couriers offer if your waiting for a handset etc.

The Links and info should be in the emails sent to you.

Once the phone has left O2 it is in the hands of the courier.
Have you tracked your parcel or contacted the courier for updates?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Maybe Toby should lock this thread too. The OP has a genuine concern but just wants to complain.

Grumpy100 has raised several posts today and clearly has a desire to complain and not accept reality.

@Toby has already closed a thread or two relating to this poster and has been asked by Jonsie to close this one too.

Grumpy100. If you have genuine issues that we as customers may help you with the please get in touch. However if you only want to complain because you expect every call you make to CS to be answered inside 2 minutes and that calls should be free then we are unable to help.

Yes...I can't see why this thread is still open either. I posted earlier supporting BoB.

I was extremely polite... however my post, with some others was removed.

I think from the tone of the OP, along with the fact he ranted in two other threads, that it

may have been more appropriate to remove their posts?!
