That does sound a bit serious @Anonymous  -  but please give the folk in here a chance to help you by explaining what the problem is.  You will get very good advice.  Just click on the reply button and give a few details about what is troubling you.

i have never met such a bunch of robots as o2 staff do any of them know what they are doing thats the problem
