I am growing rapidly tired of your internet service or should that be the lack of it, for a few days now you keep texting me that you are trying to solve the issue but you fail to do so, what exactly am I paying for here?

You are not guaranteed signal everywhere or 100% of the time in one place.

If there is a problem then there are a multitude of reasons why it's taking time. Happens to all networks.
