I have the favorite international fare but I can not make calls abroad, this morning I went to the store, but did not solve the problem.

Hi @melani

Take the sim out of the phone...clean it gently and replace. Turn the phone off and back on and see if this solves it.

Have you enough credit on the phone by the way...?

Have you found a solution?

I have the same problem and contacted O2 already three times! they say it's a known issue and they're working on it but it's been more that a week and still no fix

The last time I call it was to end my contract with them and they convinced me to stay with a new great rate and by telling me that renewing my contract would reset the international bolt-on and so it would work 

The new tariff has arrived but International numbers still don't work

I have 14 days to change my mind about this renewal and I think I will if it's not fixed in the coming days.
