i never seen that kinda stupid insurance company, took whole day make claim ref. number (xxxxxxxxxx) instead another network provider take just just 25mins make claim with result. hate o2 . time for leave after 12 years. becareful ppl from o2 insurance

stupid o2 insurance

..take more then one day send claim application form

....take 3days take return fullfill aplication form

.....take 2 dayes more make claim result

......2days more delivery

hell, 8 days. shame for o2

3g. vodafone, ee, virgin media and greek squad insurance take just just 20/25 mins.
