iPhone 16 didn’t turn up told lies.

So as is probably the case with lots of others my phone didn’t turn up today despite ordering on the 13th. No one said anything no emails no texts just said processing and estimated delivery 20th. Contacted the chat and the first response is no one can get their phones today as they were only released today so they will arrive tomorrow, a lie. Next one was my phone will be dispatched today, another lie as today is almost over and it still says processing. Wish I had stayed with EE.

Total lies, lots of people got there iPhones today on o2, and it seems a lot of customer services agents are just making it up as they go along and sod the consequences.. 

 

 

Just to be clear though ordering on the 13th was no guarantee of getting the phone today whoever you ordered from, as it always said delivery from... 


Dont forget you can always cancel and move back to EE, which might not be a bad idea, but you will be waiting for the phone on EE as well.
