I've just recently notice 2 weekly charges on my bill for £3 that say iFitness. I have never subscribed to this so called app or service and after sending a text "stop bfitness" to 80206, I have been unsubscribed. How did this get activated anyways? How do I recover the £6 that I have been conned out of?

I never check my bills, they are so low I just pay them but I received a text messege today asking me for feedback on my purchase. What purchase, Ive never made one. One call later and I've been subscribing since April '18, a total of £138! The lady said she'd cancel it and pass it on to the investigation team but i won't be holding my breath while waiting for a refund.
Having never agreed to this (I haven't been to a gym for 25 years) I'd be interested to know how they got the authority? Hopefully O2 will reimburse me, but if they don't I will bombard them with complaints forever (and from now on I will keep an eye on my bill!)
