has anyone had any luck getting a call back from customer service team?

have had 4 promises of call backs within 24 hours over the last 4/5 days from the 02 customer service team and still had no response... how can you escalate a complaint if they wont acknowledge your complaining or get their managers to phome you back? feeling angered and frustrated

Sack of ****** service. Over a week for a manager to call back, still no call.. "Should of stayed with EE" Regretting it now 😞
