have had 4 promises of call backs within 24 hours over the last 4/5 days from the 02 customer service team and still had no response... how can you escalate a complaint if they wont acknowledge your complaining or get their managers to phome you back? feeling angered and frustrated

O2 must be one of the worst for not fulfilling their promises of callbacks. Make the complaint and you might want to google the email address of CEO O2....

thankyou, i definately will, think its awful that they have promised callbacks and havent bothered. They know they have made mistakes and think i will just let it go

Well that needs to change, or potential customers need to be made aware of how poor their customer service team is. When I queried why they hadnt made the call backs, the response was " sometimes the person is just too busy, or they just forget, some just dont bother....." !!!!!

Very few people get a call back but any breach of account security should be addressed as a matter of urgency. There is no excuse for not calling back, at least 7 hours in a working day and no one is that busy they can't make a phone call.

Did you have some sort of call or text @Anonymous which made you think your security had been compromised?
