They collect the extra money after a few months. They make appear the bill only with a very little variation of a few pounds more or less, so you do not bother to check and you think everything is ok. This is the trick. They make you believe that you use only the minutes stated in the contract but at the end of  6 months they collect the extra money for the extra calls from your account without any warning and you have to pay a very high VAT.

VERY CLEVER !!! AREN'T THEY?

That's a shame if they don't as we could help further so it doesn't happen again, which I'm sure it will otherwise......

And the moral of this story is to read and make sure you understand the T&C's before signing up to a contract. Unfortunately the majority of people who moan and make wild accusations are the same people who paid absolutely no regard to the terms when they signed up..!
