Most of my O2 isnt functioning!!!

I really want to check my bill and manage my O2 product but every time I click on any link such as 'view your bill' or 'make a statement' the website fails. This is so frustrating. When will this bug be fixed and is it happening to anybody else?

Fair Usage Policy Cap for Unlimited Texts

4am Texts from O2 NO THANKS !!!!!!

Why do i get text notifications at 4am from O2 this morning telling me to top up. Not just one but 5 from 4am till 4:30am as if one isnt bad enough on a Monday morning WTF is O2 playing at !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
