i have a nokia fone. aerial keep saying that if i wish to change systems i have to pay for the year i owe on my contract, but i am not on a contract. i bought my fone in a shop nothing to do with aerial or 02 apart from the fact that we put the sim card in my new nokia (that was) and carried on as normal. i now want to change to an apple i fone 5s but am unwilling to pay a year to aerial/02 for a contract that i have never seen nor ever agreed to. what do i do please??????

It sounds like you initially signed up with Aerial and they want you to pay to get out of your tie in with them. So, are you contract, business contract or P&G? Look in My O2 so we can advise further.

i havent signed up with anyone. i pay monthly by direct debit to 02 i think it is a business account, we do have a beekeeping business but thats all i know. i have no paperwork

they rang me i dont know what reason they rang for, but i was trying to discuss with them why i have to pay for the next year to waive my contract but i dont have a contract.

i didnt know anything about aerial until they actually foned and said they were a partner of 02

If you are on a business contract then it's highly likely you have it with Aerial.
