As an O2 customer of over 30 years, with 3 accounts, I have experienced the worst customer experience ever.  I'd be interested to know if customers have experienced a similar experience.  In a nutshell:

 

18/12/25 - requested upgrade for one of my accounts, with delivery to store for collection.

No update from Christmas.

Made four attempts through Live Chat to get update, keep being told in processing.

09/01/25 - still being told in processing.  I've asked for transcripts of my chat history but they can't send.

 

Is this a typical O2 experience?  Would appreciate any help from the O2 community.

The social media team are better than normal CS

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
