Windows 10 Update

I have forced the win10 update on my laptop, its updating as i type. I will update more later assuming I have a working laptop!

The start button is back!! It boots to a normal desktop again, gone is the old 'app' screen of window 8. The start menu has tiles on it though. Icons have had an overhall and look nice and clean.

No flames - all hardware drivers updated OK, all settings transferred successfully - seems to have gone OK.

Now all the update chundering as it call it has stopped - it's fast @Toby as well, very noticable speed improvement.

We will still wait. I said on the other thread I thought my husband would be updating as soon as possible....it appears he has had a change of mind....

Well it's downloaded to my laptop but I've not installed it yet.

I've been reading some tech blogs and you know they're not doing big updates btw? Just regular full updates...

So no patches as it's been beta testing for ages and all patches are applied.!

So waiting isn't going to be achieving much...

Im still waiting a few days to see what's reported though!
