Wifi And 4G Calling One Plus 3/T 5

As the subject says will the one plus 3 and 5 get 4g and wifi calling as it doesnt run on 02 firmware any info atall.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

At the moment it is only available to a limited set of phones and all of which (iPhone excluded) need to be on O2 firmware.

I understand that investigations are under way to try and get non-O2 firmware devices enabled but this will no doubt be some time away
