The 3G Network in Scotland is been switched off from the 5th November, so this will explain why 5G and WiFi Calling has arrived for PAYG customers

Well they acquired that spectrum in June from Vodafone Three. Expect it to come into use in the distant future (sarcasm mode off)

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
