i keep going through to a virtual clueless assistant. I have not had a phone for almost 4 days now. If i try and call someone it goes on the O2 number. It then tells me i have an outstanding amount to pay to get my line re-instated and then in the next breath it tells me my account is up to date. Why is such a huge company so disgusting in helping their customers. I can't wait to be out of my contracts to never use or see this company again. I have now words to describe my frustration.
