Why do O2 use Yodel?

Has anyone had any issues with Yodel? They seem to be one of the worst delivery companies out there. By checking a review website they seem to be having the same issues as what I am having, I know most people only review to be negative rather than positive, but to see so many negative reviews does not bode well. I can only assume O2 use them as they are cheap??

Long story short, they had lost my iPhone 4s, which they have just found and I now have to wait another day until I get to play with my new toy!

And fwiw...every topic on here is "discussed to death" thats what will happen on a forum like this
