number migration - 02 PAYG to 02 monthly

Been on PAYG for over 5 years and want to migrate old number to the monthly sim sent with new phone. Should be easy to do but still waiting 4 days later :robotsad:

anybody know what can cause delays or anything I can do to speed it up? I haven't even lost signal on the sim I'm transfering the number from yet 😐

have you tried turning off and on the old sim?

Tried that. Old phone and old sim working just as well as it always has. New sim and new phone still being unused waiting for the number transfer

Tried it from the 02 website twice, with no change, and then again this afternoon by phone call.

Just done mine - about an hour and a half all told using the online form.
I'm just not sure what the problem could be.

Try using O2 chat. Browse the shop pages until a chat box pops up.
