Who to complain to ?

Has anyone got an e-mail address of a real person in O2 who one can make a complaint to ??

I'm tired of talking to their garbage computer system.

You should listen to their advice, it's not the customer service agents fault that your phone has been disconnected all they can do to help is to action a reconnection on the system.

 

The time it takes to reconnect is all dependent on the network and as you are abroad, it may take longer than normal 24 hour timescale.

 

I understand that it's frustrating you have lost service, but just take a step back and think how you would feel if your phone had been stolen, you had no insurance to cover call costs, and O2 billed you the same amount..... This is why they have these processes in place to prevent that from happening.

 

Granted, it was not relevant to your individual circumstance, however, as a previous poster has pointed out - did you notify O2 before you went abroad that it would be vital for you to use your phone and incur higher charges than normal as a result?
