Has anyone got an e-mail address of a real person in O2 who one can make a complaint to ??
I'm tired of talking to their garbage computer system.

OK, try this for customer service.
I work abroad in a support role so my phone is a vitalpiece of kit as I need to be on call 24x7.
Been with O2 for 20 years or more - never been late with a payment.
Two days ago I get an text from the Numpties saying because of the usage of my phone it might have stolen - ring a certain number. I ring this number and it's the usual computerised garbage option system which has nothing to do with the details of their text message. As I was offshore at the time communications were difficult. In the morning (8 hours later) my phone is disconnected - and despite my UK shore based team trying to get it reconnected nothing has been achieved 48 hours later. Incidentally, the bill was paid down in full withing 2 hours of their first text message.
So much for Customer satisfaction and all the rest of it. Just Numpty anfter Numpty on the phone who promise this, state that and deliver no solutions at all.
Now what guys ????
