I’m store every time.
It’s the only way you are guaranteed to get the phone you want without waiting.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Online often don't have the phone in stock @LeeMc88 As they don't have a live ordering system it's a dicey business ordering this way. In store every time wink

Depends where you want to get your phone from, and what you are after.
On-line will normally have better deals, particularly if you are looking to upgrade/get a new contract with a 3rd party.
o2 on-line is, as mentioned before, dicey when it comes to stock.
Ultimately it will depend what you are looking for in terms of handset/deal and what criteria you use to pick one...

Given the problems we see on here them definitely go instore especially if you want a top end phone. Probably better deals online but it depends if you are patient to wait.

I always upgrade online with in store collection.

you get best of both worlds, better online price and collecting the phone in minutes.

works all the time!

It does work @Anonymous as long as the phone is in stock to deliver to the store. Not always the case sadly...

But before you go any further you can check if the store has stock, and you can check around your post code, usually will give you a few stores just in case the nearest doesn’t have...

ive been using this since ever and never had a single issue.

my last device I upgraded trough the app while having a coffe and collected the phone 15min later.

No other provider will offer you a service like this, the closest is Vodafone but not as fast as O2
