What phone should I get when I can upgrade next April?

Above.

I'm considering a Google Pixel 10 or whatever number the Samsung Galaxy's on by then, both Android, I can't use an Iphone because Itunes isn't available on Linux.

I'm also considering the new Honor phone in black because it's more pocket friendly as you can apparently fold it up.

Help me decide? I'll do some Googling of reviews and stuff in between.

I seem to have found a good reliable  company in Samsung @Cleoriff

TV washing machine will choose Samsung

I  pay upfront for my phone so it needs to be good doesn't need to be high end. A sort of work horse at a price!

First one was A70 big phone still working perfectly.   😍 Perfik.

My TV at the Flat used to be a Samsung, now it's a Panasonic.

I wanted a bit bigger screen so my Brother bought me a new TV last year.

Yes I get that. All our family (bar one) is a 'member of the Android Army'.

My eldest son however belongs to the Apple brigade. He's not one for getting a new one every year. I think he has the iPhone 15 currently.

Agree @TallTrees  3 Phones, two TV's and my PC....all Samsung in this house.

I've got a Zanussi washer/dryer which has been going for 9 years  and shows no sign of packing up (I bet it will pack up tomorrow!!) I'll replace it with a Samsung.

I think we three @Cleoriff and @TallTrees should have shares in Samsung

All my phones have been Samsung apart from one stupid year with an iPhone 4

Soon changed back to Samsung

I too am firmly in the Samsung camp ; had an iPhone for work some years ago and found it didn't suit me. 👍

I ran last year from Samsung S23+ to a Pixel 9 Pro XL and never looked back. I think Samsung have lost the plot with their One UI

Still....the washing machine is Samsung 😂

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Enlli

I'm beginning to think that the mobile phone companies "don't know what to do next" to entice a customer to move to another phone and spend their hard earned dosh on a very similar, hardly different, much the same phone,  🙄 "sprinkle" a tweak of something, from their box of tricks, add a new number or name and hey presto!

Much like the car industry...add a stripe, colour up the seats, stick on shiny wheel trims, make up a fancy new name... Add few grand  to the price and off you go! 🤣
