I've just got a new O2 contract and I want to port my phone number from T-mobile. I go to the port number form and the first thing that I have to do is log in with two letters of a phone password that I've not setup yet - and there is no indication of how to set this up.

So I clicked on the "I don't know my password" button and I get asked to fill in details about my previous bill. Remember, I am a new customer wanting to port my previous number across - I've not had a bill yet!

I wanted to report this to you via your "Web feedback form" but when I clicked on the Register button I get sent to a 404 Error page.

As a new customer, this doesn't fill me with confidence.

Speaking of the O2 website:

 

When I sign in to MyO2 for the mobile phone I have it offers "You can pay £0.00 to Fast Track Upgrade now or you can wait until XXth February 2013 for your 1 month early upgrade"

 

Guess what happens if I click on the "Fast Track Upgrade Now" button

 

I get another screen saying " We're sorry you can't upgrade "

 

Why offer me a fast track upgrade in the first place then Smiley Mad
