Why have o2 made it so difficult to talk to a person online now?
I tried to complete a form and support sent me an email saying they couldn't process the transaction and that I should go to the "contactus page and start a webchat". If you go to that page and ask the computer chat to talk to a person it sends you to the aforementioned page to find a person where there are no helping people to be found.
Eventually I managed to track down the tucked away "how-to-complain" page where you can talk with an actual person.

It's called "contact deflection"
O2 would rather you sort your own issues out than bother them with it.
