I recently got a monthly sim only contract with you and I am originally from EE, I entered my PAC code when starting up the contract with O2 and I’ve followed the “SWAP” steps and I just had a message saying my sim is already active but my phone number is still the one with O2… when will I get my original number, my EE sim is still active. I’m just worried that I haven’t done it correctly.

You need to call O2.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

You can't do a sim swap when porting in
it has to be done by the porting team
As said, give them a call
