Do not attempt to upgrade online as it's a gamble and you are unlikely to get the phone/package that you want. Called o2 and the guy said the online system is terrible. Upgraded my daughter's phone but because I went back and edited the tariff it defaulted to a different colour and now I can't cancel. Guy on the phone said 'no problem' and would call me back.....I'm still waiting 48hrs later
