Good Afternoon Community,

I hope everyone is well.

Has anyone else had horrendous customer service from O2?

I am disgusted to be honest.

A quick perusal of this Community will tell you that you're not alone

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Yep, I've just found that out.

Shocking customer service! I would never dream of treating any of my customers this way.

Its not false advertising and the ASA will tell you politely to **bleep** off, as they aren't advertising anything...

It does seem to be the way, and not unique to o2 to be fair, especially where a live stock system isn't in place..

Now CS is a big problem with o2 at the moment, and the best way for them to get the message is to take your money elsewhere, and other companies offer the Apple Rip off Watch sorry the Samsung Ultra watch with payment plans so I would cancel the current order and go elsewhere

**POST FLAGGED** as the screenshots contain mobile phone numbers, which is not advisable on a public forum, and YOU are liable for any scams or spam your receive or fall foul of..

My apologies, I have redacted any personal information.

How can they sell you a product clearly stating it can be delivered to a store on a weekend, when on an external forum an O2 employee has stated, stores do not receive deliveries on a weekend.

@Bnerd89

On a weekend it will be down to store stock I would imagine, but as Friday and Saturday are the busiest days (it was when I sold mobiles 20+years ago_)... then the stock will disappear quickly..

And most businesses don't get deliveries on a Saturday, it all depends on location etc...
