I posted here a couple of hours ago but on looking back now I cannot see my post at all !!
A few days ago I received an email from O2 ? with the subject line saying 'Changes to data regulations: You're in charge' and asking me to update my marketing preferences, I assume in relation to the recent changes to the Data Protection Act, It provided a link and a four digit code to enter and access the appropriate page. I made my choices and on clicking 'save' the next page said that there had been an error.
There have been several further emails and I have tried to update the page over the past few days but have been unsuccessful in completing the preferred marketing information.
Has anyone else had this issue, any help would be appreciated.

On the laptop, selecting "My O2", and "Manage my details" reults in an instantaneous SMS and this message on the laptop... thoroughly confusing as to how you actually get to the section to do with the GDPR-related privacy section!
The journey stops here, I am afraid - whatever they want me to check, they can ask again.

Once you have checked your mobile for the code they have sent via text you would input into the box you've shown @pgn. You can then access your preferences.
This was changed about 6 months ago.
It made us all wonder why O2 was making it so difficult to update/check/change your preferences. Then came the lightbulb moment.
They made it as difficult as possible so we would give up (and not realise they had changed them from off to on)
