My phone bill has been paid and the phoe unbarred by the techie whilst I was on the phone and he assured me that I could immediately use my phone. Well guess what, I am still waiting !!! Why ???

You could try taking your battery and SIM out for a few mins and trying again.... Otherwise it's back onto to Tech Services.....
