I’m hoping someone can tell me if this is possible. My elderly uncle has a personal alarm which he uses when he is out of the house. If he falls, or presses the button, it calls me. If I don’t answer, it calls the next number on the list. BUT, if the call goes to voicemail, the device thinks it has been answered and doesn’t try the next number. I’m trying to see if there is a way that I can turn off voicemail just for his number.
