Have you ever come across such a bunch of incompetents as O2? I’ve been trying to pay off my device plan. I was put through to 3 different departments on the phone, and I couldn’t pay it off on the website.
I can’t wait to join Sky mobile. Their customer service is second to none. As for this shower, O 2, I say good riddance. Their prices are a joke and the customer service is useless!!

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Sky's customer service can be worse than o2's., one of the reasons my Mother in Law got rid of Sky was there rubbish Customer Service
The reason you cant pay it off online, is that it is a CCA and all requests to do with that have to be done on the phone..
If you think you can do better, then have a look at o2's career site, as they are always recruiting Customer Service's staff.
