Trying to get through to O2

Why is O2 just total crap 5 times now at 15 minutes trying to get to talk to someone to cancel

this dreaded contract.

You can't end your contract with chat, they will just refer you to 202.

I know I have to talk to them to end contract but I can find out if I can get a better offer on chat

Call 202 & speak to retentions & tell them your thinking of leaving, they may offer you a better deal
