Hello,
I have been charged £1.5 each week for the 6 weeks for something called
Buongiorno B!Games. I have not subscribed to any such service and it seems like a scam which has been charged onto my account. How can I get rid of it and get a refund?
Thanks,
Reena

Hi @Anonymous
Buongiorni B Games is a company that you sign up to by clicking a link. This could be via FB or inadvertently via some other site. They are not illegal as some people legitimately may want to use the site
They can be contacted via phone...
0207 649 9636 (local call charge rate) or 0800 012 6182 (free from landlines, some network charges may apply from mobile devices)

Are you receiving text messages from a short number code?
PhonePayPlus are the regulators for the premium services and you can make a complaint through their website.

This might be due to this worrying new issue........
Apparently mobile sites are now appearing with concealed buttons that can raise charges via PayforIt:

From the article and what we advise....
Three and O2 told Mobile Today that they work hard to minimise abuse of services such as Payforit, an operator-run direct-to-bill payment service.
The service is regulated by PhonepayPlus, the UK's premium rate phone-paid services regulator. PhonepayPlus is yet to respond to El Reg's request to comment on Malwarebytes' research, or on the extent of direct-to-bill payment fraud.

Fraudulent use of O2 Charge to Mobile seems to be protected with a money back guarantee.
"If something goes wrong, we'll be there
We'll always make sure you get your money back if you're a victim of fraud. Have a look at the refund page to find out how to claim for a refund."
