Dial 202, then option 2 and option zero.

Hi there,

Be persistent as calling the cs team is the only way to cancel.

It's best to try first thing 08:30 in the morning as they're least busy at this time.

Sorry to see you leave though, is there anything we can help with?

Charlie.

You can only persist until you speak to an advisor, it's the only way I'm afraid, the best time to call is around 8am

This is bad. My contract has ended and I've tried a few evenings to call in but nobody answers and then they're shut.

I have a day off today and have been trying for 45 minutes and just keep getting cut off after 10-15 minutes.

I was ringing to go through the upgrade, but I'll ring to leave now.

Tell me about it!! Been trying for ages...
Renewed my contract with O2, BIG mistake......

Because I was "1 day" over 14 days (which I didn't know about - expected the standard 30 day cooling off period)
It seems I'm now stuck with a totally useless contract with an even more hopeless and uncommunicative company who couldn't care less for their customers any more.
O2 used to be the best.

I can get phone calls, but texts - they are taking at least a day to come through, some much longer!
As for the "mobile" internet/data that I PAY for and cannot connect to (it seems anywhere), I've been told to use my wifi........ gobsmacked......

I wish they would at least offer to cut the monthly costs in half until they can provide the service I'm paying for - as there are several masts in the area that I live, which simply do not work and haven't done for weeks.

So fed up - if I could change providers right now, I would...... really want to cancel this useless contract.
