Transfer a number from Vodafone

Can anybody help? i have a contract with vodafone that is up in 30 days but would like to keep the number i have with them and transfer it to my O2 phone,trouble is i`ve had my o2 contract for 6 months,is it possible? thanks

You need to ask Vodafone for your PAC and give that to O2. Speak to them on 202 to check the process. It maybe thet the number will have to be ported to O2 PAYG first but they will be able to advise you on that. Let us know how you get on, it will help others with the same query.
