Top up problems

Did any other PAYASYOUGO customers try to get a voucher yesterday?

I went to my local shop and they said O2 is down and I suggested putting money on my debit card to do over phone top up but shop assistant said if network down I won't be able too albeit my signal was absolutely fine.I got a top up today and all ok but did anyone else experience this problem? 😕
