I'm still here, promise.

Cheers @Toby do you mind if I redesign the site? Lol maybe there's a few minor tweaks that could be rolled out with Lithium 15.8 if its not already updated. (Would mostly be mobile tweaks from me)

Post buttons need srinking a little as they fall on 2 rows on mobile when best answer button is present. Part of this can be done by changing "Add Comment" to reply to match desktop view.

Kudos button should say "Kudos 0" when there are 0 as Kudo isn't a word. And should go grey like the other buttons when pressed, not go transparent as then you cannot read the amount of kudos.

Pagination option below each thread need to have more height as it is too slim and cuts off half the page number text.

Below each persons avatar and next to their username is a extra what appears to be image holder, its making the top bar of each post larger and not inline, need removing to save on scrolling.

That's a good start, sorry to turn up like some plum and tell you how to do it.

I'm a Community Manager, not a UX designer, the more suggestions the better @Anonymous slight_smile

My team and I intend to focus on a mobile version overhaul in the near future to ensure that its as easy to navigate as possible.

Someone could do with working on the CSS, on mobile buttons are oversized and the header is too large, leads to a poor browsing experience, that plus the shortcomings of the mobile lithium forum design. Can't wait for responcive design to take over. Mobile rich text editing would be a major improvement.

Overall, I think we get a better browsing experience Dance

BTW if you stick around, you might find a few familiar giffgaffers.  wink

On a serious note, both giffgaff and O2 have a bit of work to do in that respect. But despite its quirky features, this site is actually a lot easier to navigate around. Switching to full version doesn't require zooming in and out to access all the features such as editing, and it does seem more user-friendly.

But there's always room for improvement I suppose. wink
