I’ve been advised today that O2 are going to rip me off for 13.5% RPI increase in Apr 2023. Your costs have not gone up by this amount, you are just hiding behind your contract clauses. I have checked on USwitch and I can get an O2 tarriff with 15Gb of Data (5 more than my tarriff), U/L calls and texts for £8/month. I will leave O2 after my 12 month contract comes up in May 2023, unless O2 reconsiders this rip off!

Unfortunately it's higher than 13.5% and prices will go up by RPI plus 3.9%

The rate was published on 15 February 2023 and was 13.4% so it's going to be 17.3%

o2 (and none of the other networks for that matter ) will be reconsidering the price rises, and you will just be hit by them by your new network next year...

It wouldn't be surprised if they have gone up close to 10% as everything costs more and o2 aren't immune to it...
