When looking for a new pay monthly sim only tarriff via myO2, the options are far more expensive than when I check on comparison sites; why????

Other sites are subsidsed by bonuses they get from O2 to sell contracts.

O2 hae a different price structure to maximise profits.

Just go for the best deal for yourself.

Thanks. I would happily go via the comparison site, but have concerns that the changeover will not go smoothly and I'll loose my current number🙄.

It just seems crazy that an existing customer cant get the best deal from their current supplier. I'm talking of a difference of 5meg & £3.00 a month!

The way things are at the moment, porting and migrations are taking weeks so it may well be better to go through My O2.
