Hi there has anyone received any switch up issues, I placed a switch up request, placed and order was sent however was cancelled by o2 and not one customer service agent has been able to help for many days now, any tips?

Switchups have to be done in store, so you are best placed doing it at your local o2 store Guide: Introducing O2 Switch Up. Swap phones whenever you want!
Also depending on when your Plus Plan stared means you may be on the 90 day terms..
