I used 2220 to stop all offers, text, phone, postal. However I have now received a text offer that tells me to use 2202 to stop text. There is no way to stop texts on that number, only ways to get more offers. BTW on 2202 I am told I have not given a method to contact; yes that is what I want.
I then tried 202 only to find I could not get through 17:50 Friday; either call ceased after pressing 232 after a few seconds or agent said mine was a silent call???
Can anyone please tell how to stop these text offers.?

It would help if the Op would tell us what number is sending the sms and the content of the sms.

It takes 3 days for the number to come off the data base. Also did a bit of digging and to cancel priority moments alerts you need to call 2423, and choose the option to cancel. It's a free call. Hope this helps
