Stop text offers

I used 2220 to stop all offers, text, phone, postal. However I have now received a text offer that tells me to use 2202 to stop text. There is no way to stop texts on that number, only ways to get more offers. BTW on 2202 I am told I have not given a method to contact; yes that is what I want.

I then tried 202 only to find I could not get through 17:50 Friday; either call ceased  after pressing 232 after a few seconds or agent said mine was a silent call???

Can anyone please tell how to stop these text offers.?

Call 202 and choose option 2 then 0.
You should get straight through.

After calling you should get a text confirmation, usually 2.00am.....

@athgen1 Have you got my 02-UK account online? If so you can do it from there jus log in to your account choose phone number which you gett it n go's to my information or my details got a chosen like to receive offers on 02-UK jus untick the box that's will remove you from getting offers texts from 02-UK LTD

100% correct - My O2 option has been removed !

Too true....pointless looking in My O2 now, frustrating and a waste of time and effort.
