Why am I not receiving updates from customer services after logging an issue over 2 weeks ago 🤷♀️
Have called back numerous times and am promised a call back yet nothing.

You will have to call o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and ask them why you haven't had an update.

Also, do you not think I’ve tried calling them always get a MANAGER WILL CALL YOU BACK!
has anyone else had issues like this where a complaint is not dealt with….?
